Waterborne Electrostatic Flocking Adhesive DA-HS

Electrostatic Flocking Adhesive DA-HS is a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer emulsion with a tough adhesive film and excellent adhesion.

It offers superior resistance to water, abrasion, light and heat, aging, and solvents.

The product is formaldehyde-free and complies with export environmental protection standards.

Application Scope: It is suitable for electrostatic flocking on various substrates such as metal, paper, rubber, wood, PVC, and PP. For low surface energy substrates like PP, a primer coating or flame treatment is required. Not recommended for products requiring a very soft touch.

Application

Coating Weight: 100–200 g/m²

Electrostatic Voltage: Approx. 50,000 V

Thermal Curing Conditions: 110–150℃ for 2–5 minutes

Optional Additive: To enhance adhesion and chemical resistance, 3% of curing agent N can be added. After adding, the adhesive must be used within the same day.
