Application
- Pour the adhesive into a storage tank for circulation or directly into the glue trough. Clean the laminating machine thoroughly before use.
- Recommended drying tunnel temperature: 70–95℃; running speed: 30–50 m/min.
- Coating weight: 5–10 g/m². Optimal environmental conditions are 25℃ temperature, 60% relative humidity, and paper moisture content between 16–20%.
Precautions
– In humid weather, the adhesive curing speed may slow down; reduce machine speed or increase drying tunnel temperature for adjustment.
– If the laminated aluminum foil paper shows corner lifting, it may be caused by excessive coating weight or high paper moisture content. It is recommended to control the adhesive layer thickness and the moisture level of the base paper.
