Application
① After cleaning the laminating machine, pour the adhesive into the storage tank for circulation or directly into the adhesive pan.
② Recommended drying tunnel temperature: 70–95℃.
③ Recommended running speed: 30–50 m/min.
④ Coating weight should be controlled within 5–10 g/m².
⑤ Paper substrate moisture content should be maintained at 16–20%, with ambient humidity around 60% at 25℃ for best results.
Precautions
① In humid weather, adhesive curing may slow down; reduce running speed or slightly increase the drying temperature to improve drying.
② If the laminated aluminum foil paper shows corner curling, it may be due to excessive coating weight causing shrinkage stress, or overly high paper moisture content. Adjust coating weight and substrate humidity accordingly.
