HL35 Waterborne Ceramic Granule Anti-Skid System

The HL35 series is a two-component waterborne ceramic granule anti-skid system, consisting of a high-strength waterborne inorganic binder and multicolor wear-resistant aggregates. During construction, it must be used in combination with Component C: broadcast ceramic granules, which are spread onto the freshly applied binder layer.

This system provides excellent slip resistance, abrasion resistance, and flame retardancy. It is eco-friendly, odorless, and easy to apply, making it especially suitable for pedestrian zones with high safety requirements. Compared with traditional anti-skid coatings, HL35 offers superior construction efficiency and stronger adhesion to substrates, making it ideal for municipal and residential safety applications.

  4. The quick-drying formula provides a surface dry time of less than 2 hours. Avoid construction under high temperatures or direct sunlight.
  5. It is recommended to use QT01 topcoat to improve granule retention performance.

Precautions

  1. Avoid contact with solvents, gasoline, and other oil-based substances during application.
  2. Prevent moisture exposure during rainy weather or before the coating is fully dry.
  3. For winter construction, ensure ambient temperature is ≥5°C and avoid rain or snow that may affect the drying process.

Storage and Transportation

  1. Packaging Specification: 20 kg glue + 20 kg ceramic granules
  2. Storage Conditions: 5–25°C, sealed and protected from light, stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture exposure
