Application Areas
- Municipal roads, residential pavements, factory floors, bridges, docks, and other concrete surfaces
- Parking lots, plazas, water conservancy tunnels, and heavy-traffic areas
- Decorative color repairs (HL39S recommended)
- Applicable for repairing surface defects such as dusting, freeze-thaw damage, surface pitting, honeycombing, aggregate exposure, and flaking.
Key Features
- High Strength and Abrasion Resistance: Compressive strength reaches ≥ C35 after 28 days, suitable for heavy-load areas.
- Fast Traffic Opening: Early-strength formulation; compressive strength reaches ≥ C25 within 1 day.
- Water Resistance and Waterproofing: Micro-expansion during curing improves joint filling, overall compactness, and water resistance.
- Strong Adhesion: Can be applied directly on damp substrates; excellent bonding with low risk of delamination.
- Aesthetic Repairs (HL39S): Colored version is suitable for decorative repairs in plazas and landscape flooring.
- Fiber-Free: Free of fibers for smoother surface finish and easier application.
Instructions for Use
Construction Process
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean and free from oil, loose debris, or contaminants. The surface should be either clean or slightly damp, with no standing water.
- Mixing: Add the required amount of clean water according to the recommended ratio. Mix thoroughly using an electric mixer until a smooth, lump-free paste is formed.
- Application: Pour the mixed mortar into the repair area and use a trowel to level and compact the surface.
- Curing: During the curing process, avoid water exposure and ensure the surface remains moist until fully cured. Protect the repair area from traffic and rain.
Precautions
- The mixed material should be used promptly to avoid premature crosslinking caused by prolonged idle time.
- Do not introduce contaminants such as gasoline, thinners, vinegar, sugar, or other foreign substances into the mixture.
- Recommended application temperature: -5°C to 35°
- In cold weather, preheat water to ~65°C for mixing.
- In hot weather, use cold water to slow the setting rate.
- Recommended thickness: 3–5 mm.
- Typical consumption: 8–10 kg/m².
