In this project, Huacheng’s ZM06 Polyurea Topcoat was applied to enhance roof waterproofing protection.The client had previously used a membrane waterproof layer but later opted for ZM06, attracted by its cost efficiency, simple application, and long-term durability. As a two-component, solvent-free aliphatic polyurea topcoat, ZM06 provides outstanding waterproofing, UV resistance, and color stability. After curing, the coating formed a smooth, hydrophobic surface — during water testing, the water completely slid off without penetration, confirming excellent performance.The system’s customizable color and easy roller application make it a versatile and eco-friendly solution for both industrial and residential rooftops.

HL36 ColorStone Decorative Waterproof System
Type: Inorganic decorative waterproof coating

QT03 Waterborne Clear Coat System
Type: Waterborne polyurethane clear topcoat
Features: Enhances abrasion resistance, UV resistance, and color retention, applicable to roofs, pools, balconies, terraces, and exterior walls.
Case: QT Series & HS47 Clear Coating Systems for Workshop and Landscape Protection
In this project, Huacheng’s QT Series Waterborne Polyurethane Clear Coating and HS47 Inorganic Clear Coat for Resin-Exposed Aggregate were applied as final protective layers in two settings — a factory workshop floor and an office landscape walkway. The QT Series provided a high-gloss, abrasion-resistant, and UV-stable finish over the existing waterborne topcoat, while the HS47 offered durable sealing, waterproofing, and anti-pollution protection for the decorative resin stone surface.
