Sealing & Lamination System
Structure: Waterborne Sealing Adhesive
Features: Fast curing, heat-resistant, eco-friendly; suitable for high-speed box-folding and laminated paper box sealing. Avoid overly thin coating and ensure fiber tear during bond testing.
Thermal Lamination System
Structure: Waterborne Lamination Adhesive
Features: High gloss, strong adhesion, and thermal stability; suitable for paper-to-BOPP film lamination. Recommended oven temperature 60–95 °C, roller temperature 60–80 °C, and pressure 8–20 kg for optimal adhesion and gloss.
Label & Album System
Structure: Waterborne Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive
Features: Transparent removable PSA with strong peel strength and smooth leveling. Ensure complete drying before lamination to achieve long-term adhesion and bond stability.
Aluminum Foil Lamination System
Structure: Waterborne Aluminum Foil Adhesive XF-25 / 25Y
Features: Excellent adhesion, low-temperature resistance, and easy application. XF-25 is standard type, 25Y is high-adhesion type. Recommended oven temperature 70–95 °C and coating weight 5–10 g/m² for best results.
Surface Protection System
Structure: Waterborne Protective Film Adhesive (Low-tack / High-tack)
Features: Adjustable viscosity according to substrate; residue-free removal, high transparency. Viscosity can be controlled by water dilution and coating thickness—the more water, the lower the tack.
Electrostatic Flocking System
Structure: Electrostatic Flocking Adhesive
Features: Transparent, flexible, abrasion-resistant film with excellent light, heat, and water resistance. For low-surface-energy substrates such as PP, surface treatment is required before coating.
