Waterborne Cold Lamination Adhesive AAA-80

Waterborne Cold Lamination Adhesive AAA-80 is specially formulated for paper-to-plastic cold lamination processes.
It features high solid content and viscosity, suitable for powder-sprayed prints and prints with high bonding strength requirements.
It has excellent powder-covering ability, meeting high-standard levels of domestic waterborne adhesives.
It uses an environmentally friendly formulation with strong adaptability, making it an ideal choice for high-quality cold lamination applications.

Technical Specifications

Filter before use and keep the container sealed.
Ensure the laminating roller of the machine is clean, and the corona-treated side of the BOPP film must reach ≥38 dyne.
Apply glue evenly and adjust the coating amount as needed to avoid bright spots.
After rewinding, wait until the surface becomes transparent and free of cloudiness before slitting.
When changing film rolls, avoid prolonged machine downtime to prevent glue from drying out.

Protect the adhesive from sunlight and freezing; allow it to naturally thaw above 5℃ before use.
Do not add water or mix with other adhesives.
Ensure printed materials are completely dry and remove any powder residue.
Always conduct a trial before laminating new prints or changing adhesives.
For gold/silver printed materials, test for 1 day to confirm no discoloration.
Avoid using strong alkaline adhesives for mounting or laminating onto corrugated board to prevent bubbling and mold.
