Waterborne Panel Adhesive PB450

Panel Adhesive PB450 is synthesized by copolymerizing multiple special monomers.
– The main agent adopts a single-component system that meets the European D3 standard, and can be directly used for wood assembly.
– When combined with a curing agent, it reaches the D4 standard, providing excellent water resistance to meet high-standard woodworking bonding requirements.

Application Process

– Recommended application
Suitable for jointing solid wood panels and laminated wood materials.

– Mixing ratio
Main agent : curing agent = 10 : 0.5–1.5 (by weight)
Stir thoroughly before use.

– Pot life
The prepared adhesive should be used within 60–120 minutes.

– Adjustment according to temperature
• Summer: The curing agent dosage can be appropriately reduced.
• Winter: The dosage can be slightly increased within the recommended range of 100 : 5–15.

Precautions

The moisture content of the wood should be controlled below 12%.
After jointing, ensure proper alignment and pressing; the higher the pressure, the stronger the bonding strength.
The bonded workpiece reaches its maximum bonding strength after 24 hours.
