Application Process
– Recommended application
Suitable for solid wood panel jointing and laminated wood materials with moderate water resistance requirements.
– Mixing ratio
Main agent : curing agent = 10 : 0.5–1.5 (by weight)
Stir thoroughly before use.
– Pot life
The prepared adhesive should be used within 60–120 minutes.
– Adjustment according to temperature
• Summer: The curing agent dosage can be appropriately reduced.
• Winter: The dosage can be slightly increased within the recommended range of 100 : 5–15.
– Wood requirements
The moisture content of the wood should be below 12%.
Precautions
- After bonding, ensure proper alignment and pressing; the higher the pressure, the stronger the bonding strength.
- After complete curing (about 24 hours), the joint reaches its best bonding strength.
