Shandong Huacheng Hi-Tech Adhesive Co., Ltd. covers an area of more than 90 mu (approximately 60,000 square meters), with a gross floor area of over 35,000 m2 . For more than two decades, Huacheng Hi-Tech has developed a wide range of excellent products with core technologies centered around waterborne acrylic resin polymerization, polyester polyol synthesis, and polyurethane resin synthesis.
The company currently has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of waterborne acrylic resin, 20,000 tons of polyester polyol, and 40,000 tons of
polyurethane resin. The reactors are equipped with 24 m³ and 10 m³ reaction kettles, supported by a DCS automatic control system, making it one of the most advanced reaction synthesis systems in the industry.
