Exposed Aggregate System
Structure: HS46 Resin Exposed Aggregate + HS46-R Adhesive + HS47 Clear Coat + ST400 Primer
Features: Natural stone texture with artistic appearance; waterproof, weather-resistant, crack-resistant; customizable colors and patterns; fully waterborne and environmentally friendly.
Case: HS46 Resin Exposed Aggregate Walkway & Multi-Color Sample Display
In this project, Huacheng used the HS46 Resin Exposed Aggregate System to build a walkway with a natural stone appearance, accompanied by multiple color sample blocks. The system integrates waterborne inorganic resin with natural colored stones, forming a surface with natural texture and permeable visual effects. It provides ecological aesthetics, durability, slip resistance, and stain resistance, ideal for parks, residential walkways, courtyards, and landscape areas.
HS47 Clear Topcoat (single-component, inorganic, non-yellowing) was applied to enhance UV resistance, stain resistance, and abrasion resistance.
This demonstration highlights the natural color combinations, pleasant tactile feel, and high design flexibility of the HS46 system.

Permeable Resin-Bound Stone System
Structure: HJ61 Solvent-Free Polyurethane Binder + QT Series Clear Coat + ST400 Primer
Features: Installed over permeable concrete, standard concrete, or asphalt.
Mixed with natural pebbles/colored stones at approx. 1:25 ratio (≈5% binder), forming a strong permeable layer with:
- High mechanical strength
- Great adhesion
- Anti-yellowing
- Chemical resistance
- Weatherproof and waterproof
- Low odor
- Long pot life
Compatible with QT Clear Coats for improved stain and UV resistance.

Case: Residential Permeable Landscape Pavement – HJ61 Resin-Bound Stone System
In this residential project, HJ61 was mixed with natural stones and applied directly over the concrete base, forming a permeable and decorative surface.
The finished pavement:
- Allows rainwater to infiltrate rapidly
- Prevents puddling and mud splashing
- Offers excellent slip resistance and comfort
- Is easy to clean

ColorStone Decorative System
Structure: HL36 ColorStone Decorative Material
Features: For both interior and exterior walls; integrates leveling, anti-mildew, fire resistance, and decoration; eco-friendly and easy to apply.

In this project, Huacheng prepared multiple HL36 ColorStone samples to demonstrate the color diversity and texture richness of this 0-VOC inorganic decorative coating.The material is ready-to-mix with water, environmentally friendly, and suitable for both interior and exterior applications.Each sample block highlights the natural stone-like finish and customizable tones, ideal for facades, landscape pavements, pools, and decorative walls.HL36 combines aesthetic value with surface protection, offering water resistance, mold prevention, and excellent weather durability, making it a sustainable alternative to traditional decorative coatings.

Clear Coat Protection System
Structure: HS47 Clear Coat for Exposed Aggregate + QT Series Clear Coat
Features: Inorganic, single-component, ready-to-use; improves stain resistance and aging resistance; transparent without discoloration.
Case: QT Series & HS47 Clear Coating Systems for Workshop and Landscape Protection
In this project, Huacheng’s QT Series Waterborne Polyurethane Clear Coating and HS47 Inorganic Clear Coat for Resin-Exposed Aggregate were applied as final protective layers in two settings — a factory workshop floor and an office landscape walkway. The QT Series provided a high-gloss, abrasion-resistant, and UV-stable finish over the existing waterborne topcoat, while the HS47 offered durable sealing, waterproofing, and anti-pollution protection for the decorative resin stone surface. Both systems deliver eco-friendly, odor-free, and transparent protection, extending the lifespan and appearance quality of flooring and pavement surfaces.

Case 1: Residential Functional Zone Flooring – ST Primer System
This project was carried out in a residential area to create clear functional divisions between pedestrian walkways and vehicle lanes using Huacheng’s waterborne topcoat system. The ST Series Waterborne Epoxy Primer was used as the first layer of the coating system, providing strong substrate sealing and excellent adhesion. Its high penetration and alkali resistance effectively prevent moisture and efflorescence, ensuring firm bonding and long-term durability of the surface coating. The system is water-based, odor-free, and environmentally friendly — ideal for residential environments — resulting in a smooth, durable, and color-stable finish.
Case 2: Old Warehouse Floor Renovation – ST Primer System
In this project, Huacheng’s ST Series Waterborne Epoxy Primer was applied in the renovation of an aged cement warehouse floor. After years of use, the original surface showed dusting, cracking, and poor adhesion. To achieve full restoration, the project adopted Huacheng’s complete waterborne coating system — primer, topcoat, and clear coat. As the foundation layer, the ST Waterborne Epoxy Primer played a crucial role. It provides excellent penetration and adhesion, strengthening the bond between the cement substrate and the upper coating layers.The primer’s eco-friendly, solvent-free, and low-odor formulation made it ideal for indoor renovation works.
