Shandong Huacheng Hi-Tech Adhesive Co., Ltd. （Huacheng） has recently been selected for inclusion in the 2024 Proposed List of “One Enterprise, One Technology” R&D Centers, released by the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
This provincial initiative aims to strengthen enterprise-driven innovation by encouraging in-depth research focused on breaking through key technological bottlenecks. It promotes the development of a targeted and industry-leading R&D system under the principle of “one strategy per enterprise, one core technology per center.” To qualify, enterprises must demonstrate excellence in the following areas:

- Effective collaboration with academic and research institutions, along with high-level talent cultivation
- A sustainable innovation platform and infrastructure
Huacheng has long specialized in the formulation and application research of waterborne adhesives and functional material systems. This recognition further affirms the company’s leadership in technical roadmap planning, material structure innovation, and digitalized process development.
