Waterborne Electrostatic Flocking Adhesive B-7628Z

B-7628Z is a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer emulsion synthesized from multiple imported functional monomers.

It forms a tough yet soft adhesive film with excellent water resistance, abrasion resistance, light and heat stability, aging resistance, and solvent resistance.

Application Scope: It is suitable for electrostatic flocking on fabrics, paper, rubber, wood, PVC, and other substrates. Products flocked with B-7628Z have a soft hand feel.

Application

Coating Weight: 100–200 g/m²

Thermal Curing Conditions: 110–150℃ for 2–5 minutes

Mixing Ratio: Main agent : curing agent = 10 : 0.3–0.5 (by weight), prepare fresh mixture for immediate use.
