FM11 Waterborne Micro Anti-Skid Topcoat is an upgraded micro anti-skid material based on the standard waterborne color topcoat. It integrates anti-skid fillers directly into the formula to provide slip resistance while maintaining decorative, durable, and color-enhancing functions. It is widely applied to various types of pavement substrates, offering anti-slip, wear-resistant, and aesthetic effects, while effectively extending the service life of the surface.

 

The product is formulated with high-performance waterborne resins, nano-functional materials, high-strength wear-resistant fillers, anti-skid aggregates, weather-resistant pigments, and premium waterborne additives through dispersion and grinding processes. It retains the advantages of conventional color topcoats while improving slip resistance, making it an ideal solution to prevent pedestrian slipping on rainy days with solvent-based topcoats.

Instructions for Use

  1. This is a 100% waterborne material. Use clean water for dilution and equipment cleaning.
  2. Two-component product: A and B components must be mixed evenly before use.
  3. Can be used alone or in combination with other products depending on substrate and client requirements.
  4. Applicable in environments between -5°C to 40°C, with relative humidity < 80%.
  5. Avoid construction during rainy weather.
  6. Clean equipment immediately after use. Mixed material should be used within 2–4 hours.
  7. Recommended spray equipment: plunger-type airless sprayer.
  8. Spray tip: use model 633 nozzle.
