HL312 Crack Repair Agent is an environmentally friendly crack repair material based on a solvent-free epoxy system. It features high solid content, excellent bonding strength, and is suitable for repairing cracks on substrates such as cement, asphalt, and floor surfaces. The product dries quickly, resists cracking, and supports multiple construction methods to adapt to various repair scenarios.

Core Technology

Formulated with high-performance solvent-free epoxy resin and a specialized crack repair process, HL312 offers high strength, superior adhesion, and outstanding weather resistance. It can be used directly for small cracks, or mixed 1:1 with HL39 repair mortar to enhance filling strength and stability for wider cracks.

Instructions for Use

• This is a two-component system. After mixing evenly, use within 4 hours.
• Do not dilute with water. Ensure the base surface is clean, oil-free, and slightly moist (no standing water).
• Choose brushing or troweling based on crack width.
• May be applied in 2–3 passes. Wait 2–4 hours between applications, continuing once the surface is touch-dry.
• Recommended application temperature: 5–35℃. Avoid rainy or excessively hot weather during construction.

Storage and Transportation

Storage temperature: 5–35℃; keep sealed, dry, well-ventilated, and protected from light.
Shelf life: 12 months (under sealed storage conditions).
