Application Areas
- Pedestrian bridges and walkways
- Gas stations and ramps
- Residential roads, parks, and scenic paths
- Speed bumps, parking spaces, and non-motorized vehicle lanes
- Other high-priority anti-skid zones
Key Features
- Excellent Slip Resistance: The ceramic granules have a high surface friction coefficient, significantly enhancing walking safety.
- High Abrasion Resistance: Suitable for high-frequency usage areas; resistant to crushing and granule loss (when used with the designated topcoat).
- Inorganic Flame Retardancy: Applicable in safety-critical locations such as gas stations, providing basic fire-retardant functionality.
- Eco-Friendly and Odorless: Purely waterborne formulation with no harmful substances; safe and environmentally friendly.
- Easy Construction: Mix Components A and B in a 1:1 ratio, apply with a trowel, and immediately broadcast Component C (ceramic granules). The process is simple and efficient.
- Rich Color Options: Customizable colors available, combining both functionality and aesthetics.
Instructions for Use
- Mix the glue and ceramic granules at a 1:1 ratio using an electric mixer until the mixture is uniform.
- After trowel application, immediately broadcast ceramic granules onto the wet surface.
- Once the coating is dry, sweep away any excess granules.
- The quick-drying formula provides a surface dry time of less than 2 hours. Avoid construction under high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- It is recommended to use QT01 topcoat to improve granule retention performance.
Precautions
- Avoid contact with solvents, gasoline, and other oil-based substances during application.
- Prevent moisture exposure during rainy weather or before the coating is fully dry.
- For winter construction, ensure ambient temperature is ≥5°C and avoid rain or snow that may affect the drying process.
Storage and Transportation
- Packaging Specification: 20 kg glue + 20 kg ceramic granules
- Storage Conditions: 5–25°C, sealed and protected from light, stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture exposure
- Shelf Life: 12 months under proper sealed storage
- Transportation Requirements: Non-hazardous product; protect from freezing, moisture, and direct sunlight during transport
