Instructions for Use
- Surface Preparation
- A.Ensure the substrate is dry, level, and free from oil or contaminants
- B.Add approximately 25% clean water (by powder weight), and mix thoroughly until lump-free
- Application
- A.Apply using a flat trowel; recommended thickness 1–2 mm per coat, can be layered
- B.Use specialized corner trowel for internal and external corners
- After completion, cure for 12–24 hours depending on humidity; protect from rain and foot traffic
- Precautions
- A.Use mixed material immediately to prevent surface skinning.
- B.Do not add solvents, oils, vinegar, or sugar-based substances
- Recommended construction temperature: 0–35°C
- In low temperatures, use ~65°C warm water to preheat powder
- In high temperatures, use cold water to slow setting
- Avoid construction in rainy weather; prevent water exposure before surface is dry
