Waterborne Electrostatic Flocking Adhesive DA-24H

DA-24H is a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer emulsion with a tough adhesive film and a soft hand feel.

It offers excellent resistance to water, abrasion, light and heat, aging, and solvents.

The product is formaldehyde-free and meets environmental standards for export.

Application Scope: It is suitable for electrostatic flocking on fabrics, paper, rubber, wood, PVC, and other substrates, producing a soft touch finish.

Application

Thermal Curing Temperature: 110–150℃

Curing Time: 2–5 minutes

Optional Additive: To improve adhesion and chemical resistance, 3% curing agent N can be added. After adding, the adhesive must be used within the same day.
