Waterborne Panel Adhesive PB400 provides excellent bonding performance and stability. Key features include:
- The main agent adopts a single-component system that meets the European D3 standard, and can be directly used for wood assembly.
- When combined with a curing agent, it reaches the D4 standard, providing excellent water resistance to meet high-standard woodworking bonding requirements.

Application
– Adhesive Application : Apply to solid wood panels and laminated wood mate rials
– Mixing Ratio : Stir thoroughly (Main agent : curing agent = 10 : 0.5‒1.5 by weight)
– Pot Life : Use prepared adhesive within 60‒120 minutes
– Temperature Adjustment : Adjust dosage (reduce in summer, increase in winter within 100 : 5‒15)
Precautions
- The moisture content of the wood should be controlled below 12%.
- After bonding, ensure proper alignment and pressing; the higher the pressure, the stronger the bonding strength.
- After complete curing (about 24 hours), the joint reaches its best bonding strength
