Construction Recommendations (Cement Substrate)
Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is dry, flat, free of oil stains, and free of chalking.
Primer Application (ST400): Apply one coat with a roller and allow to dry for 2–4 hours.
Topcoat Mixing: Mix Component A:B at 2:1 by weight, stir thoroughly, and use within 20 minutes.
Application Methods:
– Trowel Application: Approx. 0.35 kg/m²
– Roller Application: Apply in two coats, total approx. 0.5 kg/m²
Curing: After completion, keep the surface ventilated and dry, avoid rain contact, and allow curing for more than 24 hours.
Precautions
– The material is two-component and must be mixed strictly according to the ratio.
– Avoid humid environments and standing water during application to prevent blistering/bubbling.
– In winter, extend curing time by 1–2 days.
– After mixing, apply immediately to avoid thickening and loss of effectiveness.
– As this topcoat is solvent-free, ensure good ventilation at the construction site.
Storage and Transportation
Storage Temperature: 5–35℃, keep away from light, fire, and frost.
Shelf Life: 6 months (unopened).
Transport: Complies with non-hazardous goods transport standards.
