Note: For any waterborne coating system applied to cement substrates, it is strongly recommended to use ST400 as the sealing primer. Failure to do so may result in peeling, delamination, or cracking.

Instructions for Use

• Preparation and Mixing
• Thoroughly mix Components A and B before use.
• If needed, clean water may be added (no more than 10%) to adjust viscosity.

Substrate Requirements

• The substrate must be sanded, dry, clean, and free of standing water.
• Construction environment: temperature ≥5°C, relative humidity <80%.
• Avoid application during rainy weather.

Prohibitions

• Strictly avoid contact with gasoline, thinners, solvents, or oil-based substances during construction.

Recoating

• Topcoat can be applied at least 4 hours after the primer is dry to the touch.
• The primer may appear slightly colored during application but will dry to a transparent finish. Minor color variation is normal.

Storage and Transportation

Packaging Specification: 18 + 2 kg/set

Storage Conditions: 5–35°C, dry and ventilated, protected from light and moisture

Shelf Life: 12 months (under sealed storage conditions)

Transportation: Non-hazardous; avoid freezing, rain, and direct sunlight during transit
