Product Overview
HC51 Epoxy Color Sand Flooring is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy self-leveling system designed to create seamless decorative floors with a natural colored-sand texture. The formulation combines epoxy resin, suspended colored sand, wear-resistant fillers, weather-resistant pigments, multifunctional additives and a low-odor transparent curing agent.
The cured surface offers high hardness, strong abrasion resistance, excellent leveling, water resistance and easy maintenance. Multiple colors are available, making HC51 suitable for both functional industrial floors and premium decorative interiors.

Application Guidelines
- Prepare a clean, sound and level substrate. Remove dust, oil, loose material and standing water.
- Use the dedicated primer selected for the substrate type.
- Mix Components A and B thoroughly. Use the mixed material within approximately 1 hour in summer or 2 hours in winter.
- Apply with a 2 mm notched trowel, then use a spiked roller to release trapped air.
- Level substrate variations greater than 2 mm before application.
- Recommended application temperature: 5-35°C. Do not apply below 5°C or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.
- Avoid application during rain or in excessively humid conditions.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 22.2 kg Component A + 2.8 kg Component B per set.
Shelf life: 12 months from production date when stored unopened in a dry, ventilated indoor area at 5-35°C. Protect from direct sunlight, freezing, open flames and heat sources.
Safety
Wear suitable gloves, eye protection and work clothing during mixing and application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If material enters the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention. Refer to the product SDS before use.
