INDEPENDENT TEST HIGHLIGHTS
Independent testing to GB/T 22374-2018 confirmed compliance with the Type W requirements for container condition, coating-film appearance, drying time, and initial flowability. Test results included a surface-dry time of 3 hours, full-dry time of 24 hours, and initial flowability of 188 mm at an A:B mass ratio of 2:1.
PACKAGING AND MIXING
- Packaging: 8 + 4 kg/set (Component A + Component B)
- Mixing ratio: A:B = 2:1 by weight
- Working time after mixing: within 20 minutes
- Application: roller coating or trowel application
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Surface preparation: Grind, repair, and level the substrate as required. The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and free from dust, chalking, oil, and standing water.
- Primer application: Apply one uniform coat of the recommended HD400 or HD300 primer at approximately 0.1 kg/m². Allow 2-4 hours, or until dry and non-tacky.
- Topcoat mixing: Add Component B to Component A and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer for 10-30 seconds. Use the mixed material within 20 minutes.
- Trowel application: Apply one uniform coat at approximately 0.35 kg/m².
- Roller application: Apply two coats at a total consumption of approximately 0.5 kg/m². Allow at least 2-4 hours between coats and confirm the first coat is non-tacky.
- Curing: Protect the finished surface from traffic, heavy objects, rain, and standing water. Maintain good ventilation and cure for at least 24 hours before opening to traffic.
PRECAUTIONS
- Both primer and topcoat are two-component materials and must be mixed thoroughly before use.
- The substrate must not be damp and must not contain standing water, otherwise blistering may occur.
- Avoid application during rain, snow, or high-humidity conditions.
- Keep the coating away from water until it has developed sufficient strength.
- For indoor work, maintain good ventilation. Normal application odor typically dissipates within 3-5 days.
- At low temperatures, extend the curing period to 1-2 days according to site conditions.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
- Store sealed in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse at 5-35 °C.
- Protect from water, direct sunlight, fire, heat, and freezing.
- Shelf life: 6 months from the production date under recommended storage conditions.
- Transport in accordance with applicable regulations and protect from severe cold, rain, and sunlight.
NOTICE
Carry out a small-area trial before large-scale application to confirm substrate compatibility and application feasibility. Contact our technical team for substrate-specific system recommendations and project support.
